Two Manitoba companies join the Event38 UAVs family.
In this month of April, National Air Services delivered in Manitoba two Event38 fixed-wing planes.
Mr. Jim McArthur and WesternSky Services Inc., based in Birtle MB, are planning to use his new E384 platform to:
- Agriculture Applications
WesternSky UAV Services Inc. can fly your fields to collect data for Plant Health (NDVI), damage by predators or other environmental factors. We can check for lost animals, fence line damages in hard to get to areas and inspect those big bins or sheds.
- Construction Projects
WesternSky UAV Services Inc. can fly your construction site, gravel pit sites etc. for mapping and inspection.
- Conservation Projects
WesternSky UAV Services Inc. can fly your water retention ponds, drainage areas feed plots, etc. We can check for wildlife numbers in an area.
- Inspection Applications
WesternSky UAV Services Inc. can inspect your buildings, pole lines, pipelines and fence lines.
- Survey and mapping
WesternSky UAV Services Inc. can collect aerial data for your projects. With ground control points mapping is more accurate.
Agritruth Research, based in Brandon MB, is a company actively involved in researching new ways to maximize crop yields.
Mr. Adam Gurr, owner, is also planning to use his new E386 to experiment with the use of Nitrogen rich strip on his farm.
The results will be made available on the Event38 website later this summer.
The E386 is the newest addition to the Event38 fixed-wing family.
